HOW IT WORKS:
All bookings require that you complete a client Intake form for me to gain a better understanding of your expectations from us working together.
All meetings are sixty (60) minutes in length and is done in person or through video conferencing (i.e. Skype, Zoom).
Coaching sessions are client-led conversations where I listen and learn how best to support you.
Follow up email or zoom recordings will be sent to you at the end of every session that includes; what we discussed; any tools that we agree that you will work on for e.g. a Vision Board or Journalling.
Creation of a safe space where you can show up, be seen, and be supported.
